We had a wonderful experience from start to finish.
Jasmine coudn't have been more helpful and answered our questions promptly. When we collected the van, she explained everything clearly and we completed the formals easily - it was all on Jasmine's phone and we just signed there on the app.
The van itself drives very well and inside has all the comforts. The fridge kept our drinks and food lovely and cold and the two-hob cooker worked brilliantly. The sink is a decent size and has a powered tap from a water container in the back. The roof raised easily (powered) and the bed was just a quick pull to set up. Some other useful inclusions were the levelling wedges and the thermal window covers (in addition to the black-out window covers). We didn't use it but there is a bluetooth gizmo for music streaming too.
Jasmine was just as helpful with our returning of the van and we completed the hand-over in no time.
Would definitely recommend.
