We are sorry you feel disappointed, but we’d like to provide some context. We accommodated your request to return the motorhome 14 hours earlier than agreed, which unfortunately required us to cut short personal plans to meet you. Because the handover took place after dark, we were unable to carry out a full inspection at that time. When checked properly the following day, the vehicle was found to be in significantly worse condition than when collected, including damage that had not been reported. While we always try to be flexible to help our renters, this experience highlights the importance of proper handovers in daylight.
Very poor communication,doesnt reply within a few hours more like a few weeks if you are lucky .
Van wasnt valeted as stated it would be ,quite disappointed.
