We had such a fantastic experience hiring the VW campervan ARKOO through Goboony with Emily as our host. From the very beginning, Emily was absolutely wonderful – friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Communication with her was excellent; she replied quickly to our messages and made everything really easy. We flew into Southampton Airport, took a train to Basingstoke, and Emily kindly met us there to hand over the van. The whole handover process was smooth and thorough, and she made sure we felt confident before setting off. The campervan itself was brilliant – very comfortable, easy to drive, with everything we needed, including a toilet and shower. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, which made the trip even better. Returning the van was just as easy, with Emily once again meeting us in Basingstoke and making the whole process seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
