The pick up and drop off went very smoothly.
An error on our side meant we had a 2 hour train journey to get to Nieuw Amsterdam from Amsterdam Central.
The Motorhome was well presented and Joost took us through how everything works.
The Van was powerful enough and handled nicely. Remember to slow down when leaving the motorways and that everything is stowed away correctly.
We learnt very quickly not to fill the water tank more than 3 quarters full as the other quarter ends up on the floor when driving.
A couple of trim panels became detached which was an easy fix with the toolkit supplied.
Overall the experience was positive and the negatives were of no fault to Joost, Goboony or the van.
With Diesel at 2,60euros/litre and some campsites at 40 Euros / night we were left wondering if using our electric car and using AirBnB would be a less stressful and cheaper option?
