We had a lovely few days away with James' van. As this was our first trip in a campervan, both he and Natalie were very attentive in making sure were clear about how everything worked before setting off. James was also very flexible over pick up and drop off times which was very useful. The van itself is beautifully finished and has everything you could wish to have for a trip away. James even stocked the fridge with breakfast items and also provided plenty of games to keep our son occupied on the trip. The only unforeseen issue was that the heater failed to operate on the day of pick up but this didn't affect us too much as James offered us a discount which we used to buy a duvet and we were snug and warm at night. We would recommend to anyone, but particularly if you've never used a campervan before.
