The campervan was great, and the contact with Joe was too. When I had a question, Joe was fast in reaction and always willing to help. The van drives fine and is complete and we had a lovely and relaxing vacation. We did have an empty battery and Joe was really great in handeling that situation and getting us some help. After that one time, we didn't have any trubble. There is an instruction for the use of the van, that you get when you rent de van. But what is missing is how to fill the GPL tank. August 2025

I’m so glad you and your son had a great time. 🙂 Regarding the battery, for some reason it dropped to 11.8v instead of the usual 12v. I’m not entirely sure why — it could have been something minor like the rear-view camera, air conditioning, or radio. The van has since been driven without any issues. Unfortunately, we received some incorrect advice from the RAC that day, which caused you a bit of a delay. Rest assured, the battery was never actually flat or empty and you got back to London fine the next day. Thank you for leaving the van tidy :) Best, Joe
