The campervan is very beautiful and functional. However, based on our experience, we had an issue at the end of our trip: when returning the campervan, the owner, Ester, claimed that we had made a scratch on the plastic part of the door and asked us to pay for the damage. After checking the photos and videos we had taken when we first picked up the vehicle, we confirmed that the scratch was already there and had not been caused by us. Thankfully, Goboony reviewed the evidence and supported our case, so we did not have to pay anything.
Our main advice to anyone renting this campervan is: take your time during both pick-up and drop-off to carefully complete the forms. Make sure to take clear photos and videos of the exterior and interior of the vehicle. They can be very important.
