Excellent comms all the way through and clear instructions about how to collect and handback. I was away off grid completely so made sensible use of the power / water / gas, all of which lasted for the full 4 days with no problems. There's so much storage packed into the van it was easy to keep everything sorted and they were quickly responsive to the couple of queries I had while away (eg. you need to keep the hob / oven button pressed in for quite a while so it heats up otherwise the light just goes out). It was so lovely to have all the amenities while staying away and the bed if for sure very comfy. It was only me in it too which made things easier - not sure I'd have wanted to be trying to clamber over someone in the middle of the night to get to the toilet :-) It is an older van so you need to accept that there's a little wear and tear such as cracks in some plastic fittings / windows not holding open / broken catches / radio not working (well, that one might have been user error!) but it doesn't detract from the overall fun of being away in the van. Driving is straightforward although it's best to take it slow and steady, but Lana drives well and I quite got into the swing of it. Would very much recommend! July 2025
