As discussed the issue with the heating on the first evening was because you had locked out the system. I believe this was resolved and you had heating for the remainder of the trip. I wasn’t suggesting you left a diesel a home on all night but that putting the heaters on for a short time would have quickly heated the inside of the vehicle for you. I assure you the vehicle is properly checked and has a full habitation check in place. User error is common when people are first using the system which is why we went through this thoroughly on hand over. Our handover was closer to an hour with you and not 10 minutes. As discussed I wasn’t suggesting available to answer any issues and you had my contact number and email - as the notification came through Goboony I responded as soon as I saw the message. I hope this helps to clarify some of the points.

We had problems with heating in the first night despite being hooked up to site point. Following 2 hrs of going through manual ( some pages had been damaged with part pages missing), we eventually got the problem sorted. We messaged Rachel and finally got a response 4 hrs later. The problems with the power continued, so we cut the holiday short after 3 days( should have been a 5 night break). When we spoke about the problems, Rachel's response was, "I would have left the engine running all night." We don't think that leaving a diesel engine running all night is really acceptable and after reading the Goboony advice to owners it seems that Rachel needs to make sure in future that the vehicle is properly checked and that the introduction should be more than 10 min. It has at least made us realise that we will not be wasting money on hiring any vehicles in the future.
