We recently travelled the Atlantic Way along Ireland’s west coast in Kalas Campervan ‘Lillibet’, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly!
The trip simply wouldn’t have been as comfortable, enjoyable, or memorable without this campervan, which we genuinely found to be pretty much perfect.
The van was faultless — clean, spacious, very comfortable, and easy to drive. It was the ideal size: large enough to be roomy, but compact enough to handle Ireland’s narrower roads with ease. We had no issues with the van throughout our trip, aside from a flat tyre caused by a sneaky nail — and even then, Kala was extremely supportive and quick to help, making the situation as stress-free as possible.
Kala herself was wonderful to deal with — kind, informative, and highly organised. Both the booking process and the handovers were smooth, thorough, and straightforward.
It was a real pleasure meeting Kala, and we feel very lucky to have experienced a trip in her campervan. We will definitely be returning for another hire!
