The motorhome was as expected and as described on the Goboony website. The owner was prompt in responding to questions and very helpful during the takeover/handover process. The location was easy to find and I would hire from this owner again. My only negative relates to the new Goboony handover process which is both time consuming, prone to 'dropping out' requiring a restart and relies on a good signal. Otherwise, this is our fourth year renting through the site and we have no complaints.
