Rebecca was a pleasure to meet and deal with. Great van, easy to drive, automatic so no issues with hill starts etc :) Easy and friendly handover and return. She provided everything we need including bedding, towels, cooking stuff. We did the NC500 in Scotland. My first time driving a campervan but all went well. It takes a bit of getting used to putting the seats down etc to make the bed, but you get the hang of it.
