It's been really great renting this van. Tate has always been very reactive and accommodating on all requests we had (kitchen equipment, bed sheets), and even offered us some extra equipment we may want.
The handover process was extremely smooth in and out, which left us with a safe feeling overall. Tate is very nice and easy-going, which made the experience all the more enjoyable.
The car itself has an ideal size and drives easily on Scotland's narrow roads. The inside space, though it is small, is well organised and allowed us to sleep and cook with minimal adjustment efforts, making the trip overall very smooth.
I can recommend this rental and would repeat it myself without a doubt.
