The handover / pick-up with Michael was second to none. All bases covered for a total novice. We didn't venture far on our maiden voyage, just South to Deal. The camper van has everything you could possibly need, including black-out for the windscreen - important when travelling with a small human. I could not recommend Michael and his camper van more highly.
