We recently had the pleasure of renting for first time a campervan from Thorsten, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The campervan itself was in excellent condition brand new and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip.
From the beginning, Thorsten was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our journey. They took the time to explain the van's features, ensuring we felt confident and ready to hit the road.
Unfortunately, during our trip, we accidentally caused some damage to the interior of the van. However, Thorsten handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and kindness. They assessed the damage quickly and offered to fix it for a very fair price, putting our minds at ease immediately.
I highly recommend renting from him. The combination of a fantastic vehicle and outstanding service ensures a worry-free adventure. We'll definitely be renting from them again for our next trip!
