Really smooth and thorough handover. We travelled down to Pembrokeshire and set up. Being novices the instructions provided were very helpful and we managed to get organised and put the kettle on. We were warm and snug in the van despite the thunderstorms overnight and managed to sleep. We are thinking of getting our own and spending time in this van will help us make our minds up. Van is immaculate and equipped with everything you need for a trip. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of hiring a van
