Handover was very good, a few damages noted but nothing that would affect the journey.
I had 12 days traveling around Germany, originally with 5 adults but down to 3 after a few days, the vehicle was very spacious.
Robert explained the control panel to me and this was very easy to work.
I would definitely use this site and more importantly Robert again.
