A massive thank you to Billy—he was a genuinely helpful and flexible host who did everything he could to assist us after the car battery gave up after just one day. Unfortunately, the campervan itself has clearly seen better days, and there are undoubtedly better, more reliable options to be found off-platform.
Our main issue is with Goboony itself: their customer service and reachability were utterly disappointing. They pocket a generous commission while offering zero real support when you actually need them. We will never book through Goboony again!

Yes it was difficult as main fuse blew after 1 day but was not identified immediately.Johnny and family were very uuderstanding and we tried to solve ssituation as best we could however goboony is only contactable by email some days later which proved very challenging.
