It was our very first Campervan holiday and Mel and Annie took all the time we needed to make us familiar with the van. It was quite an adventure since we are not used to driving left and having the steer at the right side. Mel and Annie were available for all possible questions during the whole period. They really wanted us to have the best experience. It is a very comfortable van. Not too big which is good for absolute beginners like us. We had a small damage which was solved smoothly. We look back at a very good experience.
