Conor was there to greet us on arrival at the van and gave us very comprehensive (but easy to understand) instructions to how to use the van, and where to find everything. The van was in great condition - and was very comfortable to drive and sleep in. We never travelled more than about 100miles or so from Inverness but there was lots to see and we had a fantastic trip.
We particularly liked the ability to pull up in a secluded spot and make camp on the evening that we didn't stay in a camp site. It's great, however, to be able to plug into a power supply in a properly connected site.
We loved it and would definitely recommend.
