I hired the van for a long weekend to go to a festival. The bed was really comfortable, the van was well equipped and the checklist that Duncan provided before the trip was really helpful. Communication was quick, clear and helpful even when faced with ridiculous questions. I'm a novice van user and a very reluctant camper but I had a a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
