The handover process was smooth, answered any questions we had a showed us how to use everything. There were a few areas where the van hadn’t been cleaned, the sink and the pop top area. The gas was also low so we had to buy a new canister. We had 2 weeks on the NC500 and the van was great, no issues with the driving and the perfect size for 2 people. Only other slight issue was the lack of cooking equipment so I would recommend taking spoons, scissors and a sharper knife if you’re planning to cook.
