we had 2 great weeks with Stella while travelling in Scotland and everything worked very well and according expectations.....Stephen was so nice to pick us up at the Station and to deliver us there 2 weeks later which was a great help for us since we came from overseas with heavy luggage....and he responded soon and efficient to correct a minor problem we had....in spite of my awkwardness Stella and me became good friends and both managed to survive the experience without a scratch....thanks Stephen and Stella, gracias from Mexico August 2024
