The handover was good but not very in depth as first time travellers were had to learn as went, but perfect for people who knows what they're doing. We travelled around Devon and Cornwall and it was perfect even in the small country lanes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the van. It had everything we needed and was perfect for the week without needing a hook up of electricity.
