James was super helpful - also ahead of our journey - and generally very quick to reply. Ollie the van was the perfect companion for our five days in Isle of Skye and the few hiccups we did experience with the van, James was also quick to reply to and offer his support in fixing them. All in all, we can definitely recommend! :) May 2026
