We rented James's van for 3 nights for a trip to Dumfries and Galloway. The whole process was really smooth with James answering any questions I had quickly. The van is located just off the M6 at Penrith so it is really easy to pick up without wasting time with detours! Handover was quick and smooth and we absolutely loved the van. It had everything we needed and even as a family of four and two dogs, we managed to find a place for everything including our big shop from the supermarket! Handing back the van was just as simple and our deposit was returned that evening. Thanks to James for a very seamless first experience with GoBoony!!!
