We requested to hire this vehicle based on the photos which showed a used motorhome in well maintained condition. Unfortunately when we arrived to collect the motorhome it was not as advertised / shown in the photographs. The motorhome was in poor general condition and had not been cleaned ready for hire inside or out. It had several faults including the awning, the oven (which had no door) and a fridge with rusty shelves. This motorhome was not fit for use and would have required a day of cleaning to make it bearable. We were hiring for a long weekend and didn’t have the time or think it should be down to us to clean it. We declined the motorhome and had to make alternative accommodation arrangements. Our dispute was also not resolved to our satisfaction. Hirers beware!
