The van was in excellent condition for its age and the handover was smoothly done. Zoe and Jamie were clear in their communication and the user manual is a helpful bonus.
The car battery went flat on our first day unfortunately (possibly due to the van not having been used in a while), but Zoe offered to reimburse our cost in getting a charger / cables which is highly appreciated. Her response was also timely and we felt reassured amidst the issue.
As a result of the above incident, the van received a parking fine (we were stuck in a McDonalds car park which has a time limit). However, Zoe and Jamie offered to share the cost with us at the end, which is another very kind gesture as well.
Overall an excellent experience and I will definitely rent the van again next time!
