We had a fantastic experience hiring Basil from Graham! He was incredibly accommodating and flexible, and made the whole handover process really easy. As it was our first time holidaying in a campervan, Graham went the extra mile by sharing some really helpful tips to get us started. Basil (the campervan) is an absolute gem. Our 5-year-old loved the whole adventure, especially the pop-up roof which added a real sense of fun and freedom. Basil drives brilliantly – the assisted cruise control made long stretches on motorways and A-roads feel effortless. We definitely recommend adding the mattress toppers for extra comfort and the windbreaker for a bit more privacy at campsites. And let’s not forget the colour – Basil’s unique look turns heads everywhere and is guaranteed to be the envy of the campsite! We’d happily hire from Graham again – a brilliant host and a brilliant van for making memories on the road. July 2025
