The handover was not exactly pleasant due to the fact that we had to give up vehicle earlier than in contract. We were informed of several traffic and parking violations but did not receive any at the time of vehicle transfer because Guus was still waiting for some. Even after 2 months complete list was not presented. When finally all violations were sent to us some were not complete or readable. When i asked to clarify the last documents and final cost Guus refused to answer why my calculations were different than his. In fact the low score is related to poor communication. The vehicle was too small to sleep comfortably but otherwise worked fine. We traveled in 17 countries and other than minor issues not being familiar with functions performed well. We will not use Goboony again. August 2025
