This was our first camper van trip and we were doing a 3 week journey via Skye and the outer Hebrides. The booking process via Goboony was seamless and Debbie was very accommodating, extending our booking window as we checked a few things out (ferries etc.).
The van itself was easy to drive and set up was great - the bed once made up is awesome - huge and comfortable. The van was well equipped for what we needed and with LPG gas you didn't have to rely on electric hookup.
It took a day or two to get used to the van but once we had figured our water consumption rate we were fine (filled up every morning!). Having a loo on board was very handy - no trotting to the toilet block at 4am.
Debbie did a good hand over aided by a couple of videos we got sent before hand. There are others worth looking at on the web as well.
All in all a great adventure.
