Motorhome Hire Rules & Information

Before Booking:

- Only small dogs are permitted. Please ensure pets do not damage the motorhome.

- Drivers must:

* Be 25 years or older*
* Hold a UK driving licence for at least 3 years*
* Have no more than 3 penalty points*
* Once your booking is approved, the security deposit must be paid within 6 hours*, otherwise your dates will be released.

Travel & Camping Rules:

* UK travel only.*
* Camping is only permitted at official campsites or festival sites*.
* Camping in fields is not allowed unless it is part of an organised event.
* Off-road driving is prohibited.*
* Driving or camping on beaches is strictly prohibited*.
* Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the motorhome.*

Collection & Return:

* Collection: 8:00am – 12:00pm*
* Return: 10:00am – 4:00pm*

When returning the motorhome, please ensure:

* The fuel tank is returned with at least the same amount of fuel as supplied (full tank provided).
* The interior is clean*.
* The grey water tank is emptied*.
* The toilet cassette is cleaned and emptied*.
* All supplied equipment is returned.*
* Any damage or breakages are reported immediately.*

Charges for Non-Compliance:

* Toilet cleaning/emptying: **£75**
* Interior cleaning: **£100**
* Pet cleaning (where applicable): **£200** (plus cleaning fee)
* Evidence of smoking: **£250–£750**(please do not smoke)
* Missing or damaged items: **Replacement cost**

Additional Information:

The motorhome is supplied with:

* A full tank of fuel*
* A full refillable LPG gas tank*
* Clean, fully equipped, and ready for your trip
* An awning (must be retracted when not in use and during adverse weather to prevent damage.)
* Please do not wash or clean the exterior, as it requires specialist cleaning methods.*

We ask that you treat the motorhome with care and return its interior in the same clean condition in which it was provided.
