Our motorhome is fully equipped to provide a comfortable and relaxing experience. Before your departure, we’ll provide a full handover explaining how everything works, including the heating, water system, electrical hookup, appliances, and any other features you may need.

We kindly ask that you treat the motorhome as if it were your own and return it in the same condition as collected so future guests can enjoy it too.

Hire Conditions & Important Information

* A full UK driving licence is required (Category B).
* Drivers must meet Camplify’s insurance requirements.
* Drivers should be comfortable driving a larger vehicle. Previous experience driving a motorhome, campervan, van or other large vehicle is recommended, although not essential.
* Motorhome dimensions:
* Length: 6.96 m
* Width: 2.35 m (excluding mirrors)
* Height: 3.10 m
* Please remember that the motorhome is significantly taller, wider and longer than a standard car. The driver is responsible for checking height and width restrictions and ensuring their planned route is suitable for the vehicle.
* Extra care should be taken when approaching low bridges, height barriers, narrow roads, car parks and during reversing or other tight manoeuvres.
* Off-road driving is strictly prohibited. This includes beaches, unpaved or unsurfaced roads, muddy tracks, fields, forestry tracks and any terrain not intended for normal road vehicles.

* We recommend using recognised campsites for overnight stays. If staying outside a campsite, please use only designated overnight parking areas or locations where overnight parking is expressly permitted.
* Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the motorhome.
* Pets may be accepted by prior agreement.
* Festival and event bookings will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
* European travel is not permitted.

Collection & Return

Before you set off, we will provide a full handover of the vehicle to make sure you are confident using the motorhome and all of its features.

Collection and return times can be arranged before your booking:

* Sunday & Monday: Available at any time.
* Tuesday to Friday: Preferred collection/return after 6:30 pm (to allow plenty of time for a relaxed handover), although morning appointments between 9:30 am and 11:00 am may also be available.
* Saturday: Available after 3:00 pm.

If we receive sufficient notice, we are happy to arrange a mutually convenient collection or return time whenever possible.

For guests within approximately 30 miles, we may be able to deliver the motorhome to your address. Please enquire before making your booking.

Before & After Your Trip

* The motorhome will be supplied clean, with a full fuel tank, and ready for your adventure. Please return it in the same clean condition with a full fuel tank.

* Parking for one vehicle is available during your hire on our residential car park.
* Please notify us immediately of any damage, accident or mechanical issue during your hire so we can assist as quickly as possible.
