Campervan Hire Rules & Insurance

We want you to have an amazing trip and enjoy the van as much as we do. Please treat it with care and respect during your hire.

Insurance Cover

All hires include insurance, subject to the terms agreed at booking. Drivers must meet the insurance eligibility requirements and be approved before driving the van.

Please note:

Insurance excess amounts apply in the event of damage or an accident.

Any undeclared drivers are not insured to drive the vehicle.

Personal belongings are not covered under the vehicle insurance policy.

Hirers remain responsible for any damage caused through negligence or misuse.

Before Returning the Van

The fuel tank must be returned full, as handed over at collection.

The van should be returned clean and tidy inside.

Please remove all rubbish and personal belongings before return.

Washing up must be completed and all equipment returned to its original place.

Driving & Use

Only drivers approved on the booking are permitted to drive the van.

No smoking or vaping inside the van.

Please avoid off-road driving or driving on unsuitable terrain.

During Your Trip

Please take care when parking and be mindful of height restrictions.

Any damage, faults, or accidents must be reported immediately.

The hirer is responsible for any fines, speeding tickets, congestion charges or parking penalties during the hire period.

Return Times

Please return the van at the agreed time so it can be prepared for the next adventure.

Late returns may result in additional charges unless agreed beforehand.
