General

Only guests included on the booking are permitted to drive or stay overnight in the vehicle.
The campervan must not be used for festivals.

Driving
Only approved drivers listed on the booking insurance may drive the campervan.
The campervan must not be driven outside the agreed geographical area without prior permission.
Any speeding fines, parking charges, tolls, congestion charges, or other penalties incurred during the hire period are the responsibility of the hirer.
Cleaning & Care
Please return the campervan in a clean and tidy condition.
All rubbish must be removed before return.
Muddy boots, wet equipment and dirty pets should be cleaned before entering the living area.
Please avoid using harsh cleaning products on furnishings or surfaces.
Smoking & Vaping
Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the campervan at any time.
Evidence of smoking or vaping may result in additional cleaning charges.
Pets
Dogs are welcome (max 1 per hire, and must be agreed in advance.)
Pets must not be left unattended in the campervan.
Please ensure pets stay off upholstery and bedding where possible.
Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning.
Cooking
Please take reasonable care when using cooking appliances.
Never leave cooking unattended.
Ensure gas appliances are switched off when not in use.
Avoid strong-smelling foods that may be difficult to remove from the upholstery and furnishings.
Overnight Use
Do not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the listing.
Please respect neighbouring campers and local communities, particularly during late evening and early morning hours.
Wild camping must only take place where permitted and in accordance with local regulations.
Fuel & Consumables
The campervan should be returned with the same fuel level as at collection.
