Rules you should consider:

Fuel

* Return the motorhome with at least half a tank of fuel.
* Use the correct fuel type. Any misfuelling costs are the hirer’s responsibility.

Cleaning

* Return the inside clean and tidy, with rubbish removed.
* Clean up any food/drink spills.
* Leave the kitchen, fridge and cooking equipment clean.
* Any excessive cleaning required after return can be charged to the hirer.

Toilet & waste

* Empty and clean the toilet cassette before returning.
* Empty the waste-water tank where applicable.
* Dispose of rubbish appropriately.

Smoking

* No smoking or vaping inside the motorhome.
* Any evidence of smoking may result in a cleaning/deodorising charge.

Damage

* The hirer is responsible for reporting any damage, faults or accidents immediately.
* Take photos/videos of any damage before and after the hire.
* Damage caused by negligence or misuse can be charged against the security deposit.

Driving

* Only named/approved drivers may drive the motorhome.
* All drivers must hold the appropriate licence and meet your insurance requirements.
* No driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
* The hirer must comply with all UK road laws.

Return

* Return the motorhome at the agreed time and location.
* Late returns may incur a charge.
* Return all keys, documents, equipment and accessories.
* Make sure all personal belongings have been removed.

Equipment

* Items supplied with the motorhome must be returned in the same condition.
* Lost or damaged equipment can be charged to the hirer.

Security

* Keep the motorhome locked when unattended.
* The hirer is responsible for the keys and should not leave them inside the vehicle.

Accidents/breakdowns

* Contact you immediately following an accident, breakdown or significant fault.
* Do not arrange major repairs without your approval unless necessary for safety.
* Obtain photographs and details of any third party involved in an accident.
