Additional costs will apply for any damage, stains or missing/broken items.

Report any damage, faults, or breakdowns immediately.

Do not let the leisure battery run completely down. Keep any eye on voltage levels.

The campervan must only be driven by named drivers on the rental agreement.

Drivers must obey all road laws and speed limits.

No off-road driving or unsuitable terrain.

No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.

Treat the van with care – it is your home on wheels.

Late drop off/return fee – unless agreed in advance, there will be a £25 late fee applied for each hour the vehicle is returned late, up to 3 hours after the agreed return time (3 hours late = £75 charge). After 3 hours, the full date rate will be applied as an additional charge.

⚠️ Please do not book if you are not an experienced confident good driver this is a driving holiday..

What documentation we require prior to the hire date;
• Copy of the photo card or paper drivers licence & passport (address & ID must be up to date)
• Online licence checks, for U.K. licence holders.
• Two proofs of address from separate sources.
• Cleared and traceable security deposit (Goboony).
• Signed rental agreement.
(Full UK, EU, AU & NZ licences are covered as standard).
• No more than one fault or outstanding incident/claim in the last three years.

An annual council tax bill will be accepted. All other documents must be dated within
90 days of the hire date.
