Vehicle must never be left unlocked. Please remember to keep the key on you at all times as it may take us some time to get to you if you accidentally lock yourself out and charges will apply.
* • Ensure fuel-low is refilled to the same full level as on pick up (charge of £30 on top of the cost of refuelling)
• Grey waste tank to be emptied (charge of £50 if not empty)
• General condition of the vehicle should be clean (excessive post-rental cleaning will incur cost of £45) -
No smoking inside the van (Cleaning charge £250)

- Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 26- 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for non-major offences. -
Standard pick-up / drop-off times are 3pm - 11am
- No free-camping
Emergency - If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
Damage - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required.
Long trips -
Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 150 miles a day with a maximum of 1000 miles included in the normal booking price. After 1000 miles, you will be charged .45p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond. Fuel

Myself, my husband and our 14 month old had a brilliant experience hiring Nikolas’ motorhome this summer. The handover was hassle free, they were transparent about any minor damages so that these could be logged before we set off and they explained clearly how everything worked. We hired bedding and towels from him too which were lovely. Nikolas was away himself for part of our hire but was still easily contactable on the phone if we needed to ask any questions. The motorhome has a really good sized fridge, plenty of storage for clothes and a good shower room, all of which were great for our small family. Everything we needed was included, such as all kitchen crockery, blinds for the front windows, even some toiletries and all the cleaning products we could need. It felt very easy to drive too which was a bonus. The overcab bed was surprisingly big and comfy, and the lower bunk where our toddler slept was also very comfy. We’d definitely hire from Nikolas again and would recommend the motorhome!

Idéal pour partir en famille et se permettre aussi de dormir en autonomie. Nikolas est toujours disponible en cas de soucis!

Excellent experience hiring the camper from Nikolas. Handover was arranged at a time that suited us both and he ran through everything needed for the operation of the camper noting any existing damage honestly. very friendly and helpful when a query camp up while we were away, dealt with swiftly. I wouldn't hesitate to hire from Nikolas again!.

Nikolas and his wife were great to deal with with a smooth and swift handover telling us everything we needed to know we travelled up the West Coast of Scotland via Mull Sky and Close to Apple Cross finishing with a couple of visits to places on the East Coast in the Cairgorms of Scotland before returning back to Glasgow where we handed over back to Nikolas nice and quickly with no problems at all

We hired Nikolas’s motorhome for our family adventure around the north coast of Scotland. Nikolas was very helpful from the day we booked to the day we dropped the motorhome back to him. He was very approachable and answered any questions I asked, no matter how silly they were 🤣 quickly and politely. We spent 9 nights in the motorhome and we were very comfortable. It is set up perfectly for family living and has all amenities needed. We would not hesitate to use it again. Thanks again mate 👍

We had a great experience renting this motorhome! Communication with Nikolas was excellent from start to finish – always friendly, quick, and helpful. Unfortunately, we caused a few damages during our trip, but everything was handled smoothly through the insurance. We were traveling as two adults with a 11 Month old Baby, and the motorhome was perfectly equipped for our needs. It even included some board games, basic spices, snacks, and lots of thoughtful little extras that made the trip so much more comfortable. Nikolas remained professional and kind throughout the process. We would absolutely rent from him again anytime. Highly recommended!

Nikolas was thorough and very patient while he explained how to use the facilities, kindly allowing our kids to play in his garden to keep them occupied. We travelled the NC500 with two adults and four kids and we were very comfortable despite some very windy and narrow roads! We really enjoyed our trip and would highly recommend renting with Nikolas - he gave us so many recommendations and was really understanding about the realities of travelling with children. Van was well equipped and did exactly what we needed it to do! Thank you Nikolas!

We had a fantastic time renting this campervan! It was comfortable, reliable, and perfect for our trip. The owner was really nice and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process smooth from start to finish.
The only odd part was that after the rental, there was a small issue with a side indicator lens that got damaged. The owner initially wanted to charge almost the entire deposit for the replacement, which felt a bit excessive. After doing a bit of research, I found out the part was inexpensive and could be replaced in just a couple of minutes. I ended up buying it from a Ford dealer and replaced it myself without any trouble.
Aside from that hiccup, everything else was great, and I’d still recommend this rental — just make sure to clarify expectations around minor damages and repairs.
