No off-road - unsealed roads must be pre-approved in writing in messages before the trip begins.
- No smoking inside the van
- pets are welcome but must be declared and no signs of them being there !
- Hirer age restrictions 21 min
- Van inside must return cleaned or will incur up to a £50 fee.
you can pre pay a 20 pounds cleaning fee to drop back without cleaning ( pay on pick up )
- Pick up from 15.00 - Drop back by 11.00 am . ( this agent charges by the night hence times ) for earlier pick or later drop please ask us about surcharges
- Travel distance (1000 week ) limits extra Miles 0.25 mile
Emergency - If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
Damage - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required.
Fuel - return same as taken . if you leave more it cannot be refunded
