​Mauvaise foi, devis abusif et prélèvement sans consentement : Goboony et Esther sont à fuir absolument ! ​Nous avons loué le camping-car d'Esther via Goboony (Réservation n°664A26) et notre expérience a été un véritable cauchemar du début à la fin. ​Annonce mensongère et prise en main désastreuse : ​Localisation trompeuse : L'annonce indiquait un véhicule situé à 20 min de l'aéroport d'Édimbourg, alors qu'il se trouve en réalité à 45 min. ​Lieu de prise en charge non conforme : Récupération sur un parking de magasin et non à l'adresse indiquée sur l'annonce. ​Véhicule non préparé : Réservoirs d'eau et de diesel non remplis à notre arrivée. ​Hygiène déplorable : Ménage fait très sommairement. Les serviettes fournies sentaient tellement mauvais qu'elles étaient inutilisables ; nous avons dû payer des lessives en camping (la propriétaire affirmant de mauvaise foi ne rien sentir...). J'ai du moi meme nettoyer le frigo ​Défaut technique : Mon compagnon a dû réparer lui-même un cache de sortie d'eau extérieur avec du scotch, sous les yeux de la propriétaire ! ​Gestion malhonnête du sinistre (rétroviseur - Litige N° F473DE) : Suite à un accrochage avec délit de fuite d'un tiers, nous avons immédiatement prévenu Esther. Elle nous a d'abord rassurés en promettant un arrangement, avant de multiplier les pratiques abusives : ​Un premier "devis" n'était qu'une simple capture d'écran de mail, sans aucun chiffre. ​Le second document transmis n'était qu'un simple devis proforma (Quote) non acquitté, affichant un montant exorbitant de £311.85 pour la pièce sans référence OEM constructeur, et £120.00 de main-d'œuvre sans précision du taux horaire ni de la durée (alors qu'il s'agit d'une pièce trouvable à moins de 100 £ et posée en 30-60 min). ​Des frais de déplacement/d'acheminement du garage (collection and delivery) nous ont été facturés de manière totalement indue. ​Service client Goboony complice et prélèvement abusif : Goboony a refusé d'entendre nos contestations répétées. Ils se sont retranchés derrière leurs conditions générales pour clore arbitrairement le dossier, avant de prélever la caution et réclamer des frais supplémentaires sur notre compte bancaire sur la base d'un simple devis non détaillé. ​Nous avons engagé une procédure de contestation bancaire (chargeback) et saisi les autorités de médiation. Lisez les autres avis, nous ne sommes pas un cas isolé. Fuyez ce véhicule et cette plateforme ! September 2026

Nous avons loué le camping car D' Esther pour une semaine . Nous avons reçu le meilleur accueil. Le camping car est facile a conduire malgré les routes étroites. Il nous a été donné en tres bon état . Tout etait parfait. Seuls quelques petits bricolages seront necessaires a notre retour pour le maintenir en parfait etat de marche. Je recommande ce vehicule qui nous a permis de passer une excellente semaine dans ce magnifique pays d'Ecosse. July 2026

Esther and Stella were both fantastic. From initial handover of the vehicle to the experience we had with Stella in the scottish highlands. We had a fantastic experience renting from Esther! The camper van was in excellent condition, clean, and had everything we needed for our Scottish adventure. Esther was very responsive throughout the booking process and provided helpful recommendations for places to visit. The pickup and return were smooth and easy. We explored Loch Lomond and the beautiful Scottish countryside, and the van was perfect for our romantic getaway. Highly recommend renting from Esther if you’re planning a trip to Scotland! The campervan is very beautiful and functional. However, based on our experience, we had an issue at the end of our trip: when returning the campervan, the owner, Ester, claimed that we had made a scratch on the plastic part of the door and asked us to pay for the damage. After checking the photos and videos we had taken when we first picked up the vehicle, we confirmed that the scratch was already there and had not been caused by us. Thankfully, Goboony reviewed the evidence and supported our case, so we did not have to pay anything. Our main advice to anyone renting this campervan is: take your time during both pick-up and drop-off to carefully complete the forms. Make sure to take clear photos and videos of the exterior and interior of the vehicle. They can be very important. November 2025
