Fuel: Return with a full tank (£20 admin fee if not).
Cleaning (Interior): Return clean inside. Costs from £100 if extra cleaning needed.
Cleaning (Exterior): Return reasonably clean. Costs from £100 if professional wash needed.
Water Tank: Return full (£25 fee if empty).
Toilet Cassette: Empty and rinse before return (£50 fee if not).
Gas Bottles: Replace if fully used (cost charged to deposit).
Awning & Equipment: Return clean, dry, and in good condition (replacement cost if damaged/lost).
General Rules:
No smoking inside (£150 deep-cleaning fee).

The motorhome wasn’t properly prepared for the hire. The toilet hadn’t been emptied, it smelled damp, and the main bed was wet from leaking seals, so I couldn’t use it during my stay.
The fridge was dirty and smelled so bad that I had to clean it before using it. One of the cupboards also smelled strongly of damp and mould.
The handover felt rushed. We spent around an hour completing the Goboony form and I was repeatedly encouraged to click through each section when I wanted time to read what I was agreeing to.
I was using the motorhome for a work trip, so the wet bed, damp smell and cleanliness issues made the stay difficult.
Unfortunately, I wouldn’t hire this motorhome again.

Great experience renting from Gaboony again. Gabor was friendly and informative. He explained everything during handoff and was available for a few questions we had afterwards. It was the perfect size for my husband, 3.5 year old, and infant. We spent two nights in the New Forest. The Motorhome had everything we needed, so just had to pack food and clothes. The tent was great. Needed two people to put it up but really extended our living space. Would definitely rent again!

We had a really positive experience hiring this motorhome from Julius and Gabor. Communication before the hire was excellent, and Julius gave us a very thorough handover when we collected the motorhome, making sure we understood how everything worked.
Although the motorhome is an older model, it is comfortable and well equipped, with everything we needed for our trip. We particularly appreciated all the extras provided, including the awning, outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and other camping equipment, which made our stay much more enjoyable.
As we were the first people to hire the motorhome, we did have a couple of little teething issues during our trip. However, Julius was always at the end of the phone (when we could get a signal!) and was really helpful in talking us through things and helping us resolve them.
Unfortunately, our trip had to be cut short for reasons completely outside our control, but Julius was incredibly helpful and understanding and was happy for us to return the motorhome earlier than planned. We really appreciated how accommodating he was in what was a difficult situation.
Overall, we would definitely recommend hiring from Julius and Gabor. They were friendly, helpful and easy to deal with, and the motorhome provided us with a comfortable and well-equipped base for our trip.
