The Motorhome should be returned in the same condition as it was rented to you in.
There will be full tank of fuel and this should be the case upon return.
The Motorhome will be clean and tidy upon collection, full of water, but gas is extra (charged at purchase rate) or you can provide your own. You will find a hose pipe in the garage compartment of the Motorhome.
We have generator for rental should you require it (at an extra cost)
You will receive the Motorhome in a spotless condition, and we ask you to return it as clean and tidy as you can do within reason.
Damages need to be reported as soon as possible please.
Timings are flexible on collection and return. No pressure from us as long as within the insurance period. No problem.

We were all comfortable, given clear instructions by Simon, and the motorhome made our camping experience significantly easier all round. Everything was clean, tidy, and included everything we needed plus things we didn’t. Kids loved the lift bed especially, and the door between the spaces gave us a little valuable privacy too.

First time driving a motorhome and this one is great! Simon is a great host and is available at every step. We had a few things happen and he was very understanding and easy to work things out with, with as little hassle to both parties as possible. Would 100% recommend this motorhome and would definitely hire again!

The adventure started long before we collected the motorhome.. Always great communication and despite teething issues, we worked together to make it all work. Lots was learnt about the motorhome and what was needed to get the best out of the booking. Simon and Lauren we're there to support when needed. The booking administration needs a newer version (Electronic method.. Maybe be an app to be developed..??) This would help both the hirer and client make better use of process and time. (Goboony.. this is your department..) We would have no issue recommending Simon and his motorhome to anyone looking for a great deal.. Thank you guys.. Regards Paul & Michelle Duncan.

A Memorable Experience.
We recently hired Simon’s super cosy and clean Benimar Motorhome, for a short, local 2 night break.
Simon was so accommodating and understood that as first-time campers, we had many questions. He was always very friendly and happy to help. He made the whole experience a breeze. I also appreciated the clear layout and straightforward booking process and Simon's speedy communication too.
Simon was always at hand and even went above and beyond to make the experience a very comfortable one for us and a very memorable one for our little birthday boy too.
