• We provide fully comprehensive insurance as part of the rental fee, there are some additional requirements from our insurer as follows:-

1. an additional signed rental agreement form to be completed once booking confirmed
2. Copy of the photo card drivers’ licence (address & ID must be up to date)
3. Online licence check Please note, DVLA licence checks can only be carried out on driving licences issued from mainland UK*
4. Two proofs of address from separate sources
5. Cleared and traceable security deposit of £1
6. VE103 certificate for hirers travelling to the EU

**ADDITIONAL CRITERIA**
• Must meet the specified age limits within your policy and have at least 2 years
driving experience (Full UK, EU, AU, US, CA, NZ & SA licence types).
• Two, 3 point convictions are acceptable (i.e. 2x SP30’s, 3pts each) without referral.
• Single 4 point offences are acceptable without referral and subject to
standard terms.
• Single 6 point SP30, SP50 and CU80 convictions are acceptable subject to a
double excess. All other 6 points+ offences will require referral to the insurers.
• No more than one fault or outstanding incident/claim in the last five years

**STANDARD HOUSE RULES**
• Full tank of fuel on collection - full tank of fuel on return (failure to adhere means cost to fill will be taken from deposit)
• AdBlu & Leisure gas will be topped up before each hire but on longer hire trips may need to be topped up again, this is the hirers responsibility. No need to fill before returning.
• Motorhome should be returned clean as it was when collected - fresh and grey water emptied, toilet emptied and cleaned (cleaning fee will be charged and taken from deposit otherwise)
No need to fill before returning as we provide this complimentary.
• Pets allowed but please enquire first
• Festivals allowed but deep clean must be completed before returning - if stuck in mud cost must be covered by hirer
