Wilson is one of our new for 2022 campervans, converted at the start of the year with all FSC certified wood from sustainable sources and other materials chosen for their high quality, ethics & sustainability standards for a lower carbon footprint.
Wilson is the perfect travel companion, whether for a romantic getaway, time away with friends or fun family adventure. Modern and elegant, he has two hobs, a top-loading fridge, sink and pop-top roof. He comes with a sun canopy, outdoor table and chairs, and all the kitchen equipment and extras you'll need.
He can sleep two adults on the rock and roll bed down below, and up to two (small) children or one adult in the pop top roof. For a bit more space or even an additional sleeping area, you can add an inflatable drive-away awning to the hire.
Wilson is a Nissan Elgrand (a luxury MPV in Japan), and is a really easy drive with its 2.5 litre engine, automatic gearbox and reversing camera. The vehicle isn't much bigger than your average people carrier, yet has everything you need to make your adventure fantastic, including some nifty storage solutions and all you need for cooking and living on the road.

Seating
There are two belted pilot seats in the front, and two belted seats in the rear. All have 3 point belts. They all can accommodate child and baby seats (rear and forward facing). The front passenger seat is a swivel chair. Driver and front passenger airbags. There is sociable seating for three people inside the van when stationary (plus foldaway table), and two camping chairs included in the hire for use outside.
Sleeping
Wilson has a narrow double rock and roll bed in the main section of the van which sleeps up to two adults, and the bed in the popup roof would suit either one adult or two (small) children. The addition of the drive-away awning (see optional extras below) provides an additional bedroom if required.
Storage
There are three cupboards available in the kitchenette, three to the rear and some space for bags behind the back seats. The vehicle is compact so if you are travelling with several people you will need to pack lightly. We do include a small popup tent which can be used for storage.

Location and parking
Conveniently located in Bournemouth, just two hours out of London, it's a great starting point from which to explore the south coast and New Forest and even further afield.
We can drop the campervan off to you direct and collect from anywhere in within half an hour of Bournemouth, or we can arrange to pick up guests from local transport hubs. Guests are welcome to leave their car at our property for the duration of their stay (at their own risk).
When you pick up the campervan we will show you all you need to know about how everything works, as well as providing a welcome pack with full instructions to take with you. We are contactable 24hrs a day if you need help.
We try to be as flexible as possible, just send us a message if there is any request not outlined and any other enquiries please just ask.
Usage and insurance
There is a refundable deposit of £500 held against damage.
Wilson has a 24hr breakdown recovery in case of any issues, and is fully insured for the hirer (depending on meeting insurance criteria).

Driving notes: please bear in mind height restrictions when planning your journey, Wilson is 2.1 metres high.
House Rules
PLEASE NOTE: For insurance purposes we need to take a nominal payment (£1) directly which can be paid to use either via bank transfer or credit/debit card. We will gladly refund this amount at the end of the hire.
We operate a full to full fuel policy. Please bring Wilson back clean or additional cleaning charges may apply, you don't need to clean the outside.
All drivers must meet the following criteria:
1. Are not under the age of 25 or over 75 years of age.
2. Has held a full UK, EU, US, Canada, NZ or Aus licence for a minimum of two years.
3. Has not had their licence suspended for any period within the last three years.
4. Has not been involved in more than one fault incident within the last three years.
5. Has no more than two convictions with a maximum of 3 points per conviction.
6. On collection must provide the driver's licence card part and two proofs of address in the form of bank/utility statements. Please note mobile bills cannot be accepted.
7. If from UK will need to provide a DVLA licence check code and driver's licence number.
