During Your Trip
No smoking or vaping inside the campervan.
No illegal drugs or unlawful activities.
Pets are only permitted with prior approval.
Do not exceed the maximum passenger or payload limits.
Secure all loose items before driving.
Use the vehicle responsibly and avoid off-road driving unless specifically agreed.
Cleanliness
Keep the campervan reasonably clean throughout your trip.
Wash dishes and dispose of rubbish regularly.
Avoid staining upholstery, bedding, and soft furnishings.
Remove all personal belongings at the end of the hire.
Cooking & Equipment
Never leave cooking appliances unattended.
Turn off gas appliances when not in use.
Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately.
Return all supplied equipment in the condition received.
Campsites & Parking
Use designated campsites and legal overnight parking locations.
Respect campsite rules, local communities, and the environment.
Dispose of waste water and toilet waste only at approved disposal points.
Returning the Campervan
Return the campervan on time unless an extension has been agreed.
Refill fuel to the agreed level.

Damage & Emergencies
Any accident, damage, or breakdown must be reported as soon as possible.
Do not authorise repairs without prior approval except where required for safety.
