Jack – Jeep Renegade Trailhawk 4x4 with tentbox

No smoking or vaping in the vehicle or TentBox.

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Please bring your own dog bed or blanket and do not leave dogs unattended in Jack.

Drivers must be aged 25–75, have held a full driving licence for at least 2 years, have no more than two 3-point endorsements and no more than one fault claim within the last 3 years, subject to insurer approval.

Jack must be returned with the same level of fuel as at collection.

Please return the Jeep and TentBox clean and tidy, with all rubbish, food and personal belongings removed.

The TentBox should be packed away dry wherever reasonably possible. If it has to be packed away wet because of the weather, please let us know when you return so we can dry it properly.

Do not drive with the TentBox open or partially open. Always make sure it is fully closed and secured before setting off.

Please do not remove, adjust or alter the TentBox, roof bars or mounting system.

No off-roading. Jack is a capable 4x4, but rentals are for normal public roads, campsites and suitable access tracks only.

Please be aware of the increased vehicle height with the TentBox fitted, especially around car parks, barriers and covered areas.

Only approved drivers may drive the vehicle.

Any accident, damage, warning light or mechanical issue must be reported as soon as possible. Please do not arrange repairs yourself unless agreed with us first.

Please look after all camping equipment supplied and return everything clean and complete.

Collection and return times must be respected. Please contact us as early as possible if you expect to be delayed.

Jack is our own adventure vehicle, so please treat it with care and enjoy your trip.
