Welcome Aboard!
We hope you have an amazing trip in Marty and create memories that last a lifetime. To help us keep the motorhome in fantastic condition for every guest, we'd appreciate your help with a few simple requests before returning it.
Before You Return Marty
Return with a full tank of fuel.
Leave the interior clean and tidy.
Empty the toilet cassette and grey water tank.
Keeping Marty Looking His Best
To ensure every guest enjoys the same high standard, additional charges may apply if extra cleaning or servicing is required:
Cleaning beyond normal use: £75
Toilet cassette not emptied: £100
Fuel not refilled: Charged at the cost of fuel plus a £20 administration fee
During Your Stay
Please don't smoke or vape inside the motorhome.
Dogs are very welcome when added to your booking (£30 pet cleaning surcharge applies).
We kindly ask that muddy shoes are removed where possible to help protect the interior.
Marty sleeps up to 4 guests – please don't exceed this capacity.
Driving Safely
Only the drivers named on the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.
Please take extra care with height and width restrictions.
If anything happens during your trip, let us know as soon as possible so we can help.
Hired Extras
Any optional extras provided should be returned in the same condition they were supplied. Replacement charges may apply for lost or damaged items.
