My 4 day trip with my wife was from 13th June, to North Wales. In some ways the van was fine but I had a couple of issues which, on return to the owner, I explained. We agreed, amicably, to use the Goboony formal dispute process. Unbelievably, after TEN weeks, this dispute has not been addressed by Goboony and they are also still keeping my deposit. I have emailed them on several occasions, very politely, to ask them to resolve the matter. Until now, I have not written any review, and still await Goboony's response. Their lack of reply, whilst holding on to my money, must fall far short of any standard that Goboony sets itself as an organisation.

Had a great trip up to the Isle of Mull with my partner and dog:) All three of us loved the freedom the van gave us and it had everything we needed.
Iain and Tania were brilliant when we picked the van up, explaining how everything worked and making the whole process super-easy and relaxed. The leisure battery is really efficient so four nights we didn't hook up at all. We took our time (cruising along at no more than 70mph) & fuel consumption seemed pretty good.
We had brilliant weather which meant we didn't bother with the awning, but it was great to know we had one.
No issues at all, everything worked as listed and we'd definitely go again!
The return handover was really quick and hassle-free. Deposit returned. A really positive experience all-round!

Iain and Tanya were brilliant at the handover. They showed me round the camper and explained how everything worked. No question was any problem for them and the whole process was very straightforward. I was able to leave my car with them and I had an amazing few nights away in the Lake District. I was able to get my hikes in and everything in the camper worked as it should. The electric hook up was easy to operate and as soon as it was connected it powered everything no issue.
The camper is an R Line so has the really nice body kit, larger wheels and spoiler on the back so really does look the part.
The camper is brilliant, drives really well, is really good on fuel and the pop top roof was easy to operate, the rock and roll bed worked perfectly and was really comfortable. There is lots of storage space in the camper and it easily held all my hiking gear, food, spare clothes and other items without any issue. The TV has a fire stick so I was able to connect it to my phone and watch TV with no issues at all.
I would definitely rent from Iain and Tanya again.
