1. Please return the motorhome with a full tank of fuel or a penalty will be applied
2. Only small well behaved dogs allowed, any damage caused by a dog will be charged for
3. The toilet cassette has to be emptied - penalty charge of £100 if left unemptied
4. No smoking is allowed - no hen or stag parties allowed
5. Declare any accidents/damages asap. Take details from all parties involved.
6. Mattress protectors are provided, please ensure you use them
especially with young children, as there will be a charge if we need to replace
7. Do not take the motorhome off grid/off road
8. Parking tickets/congestion charges/traffic offences paid by the hirer
9. The Awning MUST be closed at night and in bad weather. You are responsible for damages.
10. Loss of keys will incur a charge
11. The vehicle has a tracker & we reserve the right to check the tracker
12. Driving abroad you will need a VE103 - Please ask
13. Only the named driver/s on the booking can drive.
14. We cannot cover loss/damage to personnel items.
15. Please use the items with care

INSURANCE REQUIRMENTS
15. Drivers must be aged 25 to 70 years, max 6 points and no more than 1 fault or outstanding
incident/claim in the last 5 years. The driver of the vehicle, will need to make/pay the booking
16. Please disclose any ban/disqualification
17. You need at least 2 years driving experience driving a manual
18. We will need 2 utility bills dated within 90 days of the hire date, copy of your driving licence and a
share code from the DVLA once a booking is made
19. You are liable if the vehicle is stolen so please use the wheel clamp/steering locks/alarm
20 We have to be notified of any insurance declined, refused, cancelled or voided for any reason.
If you have had insurance declined provide further information. THIS IS YOUR LIABILITY

Failure to meet the above requirements means we reserve the right to decline your booking and you
may lose your deposit.
