Sleeping
Sleeps up to 4: a rock 'n' roll pull-out bed for 2 downstairs and a pop-top roof bed for 2 smaller ones upstairs.

Kitchen
Gas stove, compact fridge-freezer, kettle, pots, pans, plates, cutlery and utensils for 4. Unlimited use of gas is included in the rental cost.

Power & Water
Onboard water tank, leisure battery for off-grid use, and 240V hook-up for campsites.

Music & Entertainment
Bose speakers and a subwoofer make for a brilliant sound system. She has Bluetooth, though as a Japanese import the display is in Japanese — nothing that Google Translate and a quick YouTube video can't sort! I'll walk you through connecting your phone at handover, and there's always the CD collection as a trusty backup. There's a Smart TV with Netflix also onboard (needs your own WiFi hotspot).

Extras
Everything you need is included: fold-up portable toilet, curtains and blackout screens for all windows, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils, outdoor table and chairs (up to 4), self-inflating memory foam mattresses, linen and towels for all beds, and tea and coffee. Just let me know if you'd prefer to bring anything yourself and I'll take it out.

Additional Things to Note:

Mam’s van runs on E5 petrol and has a healthy appetite for it — returning around 25 MPG from her 76-litre tank. At current prices, a full tank of E5 costs approximately £100 and will take you roughly 250-400+ miles depending on where and how you drive. Steady away at 60 on a long motorway stretch and you'll get more miles!

Mam's Van recently had some minor damage to the passenger side rear sliding door. Other minor imperfections will be documented before your rental.

Pick-up is available from 7am, and drop-off anytime before midnight on the last day of your hire. Please allow around an hour for the handover — I like to make sure you feel completely comfortable before you head off! I'm happy to work around a time that suits you best, so just let me know what works. I do have school runs and occasional work meetings during the day, but we'll find something that fits us both.

You're very welcome to leave your car in our designated space in our residential car park while you're away — one less thing to worry about! Please note that while we're more than happy to offer this at no extra cost, we're unable to take responsibility for any theft or damage to vehicles left there.
